For the past two years AI has been part of how I actually work, not a side project. I start with world building on mood boards before planning out storyboards, then keep a bottle or a character consistent across every asset, explore type and packaging in an afternoon, and put storyboards in motion before anyone books a crew. The taste and the decisions are still mine. What changes is how many ideas reach the table, and how quickly a team can see them. I teach this too: as an educator for FLORA, I help creative teams build real workflows with AI.
